Alyssa is an Associate Attorney, focusing her practice on environmental, energy, zoning, and land use issues. Alyssa has published work pertaining to Rhode Island and federal energy law and specifically relating to the offshore wind industry. Alyssa has her B.A. in Environmental Studies from the University of Rochester, her Master of Marine Affairs from the University of Rhode Island, and her J.D. from Roger William School of Law, summa cum laude. In law school, Alyssa was a member of the Law Review, the Admiralty Moot Court Team, and the Honors Program, and was the recipient of the 2021 William J. Coffey Excellence in Maritime Writing Prize and the 2021 Marine Affairs Achievement Award. Following law school, Alyssa served as a judicial law clerk for the Connecticut Appellate Court and then the Rhode Island Supreme Court.
