Charles primary practice is focused on corporate and business law, construction law, and public sector/governmental services. He earned his B.A. in Communications with a minor in Public Relations from Southern New Hampshire University, where he earned a scholarship to play Division II basketball, and he received my J.D. from Roger William School of Law, cum laude. Following law school, he served as a Superior Court judicial law clerk for the Honorable Joseph J. McBurney, acting as the lead clerk on the civil dispositive motion calendar in Providence, Rhode Island.
