Alisha represents clients in connection with all aspects of corporate transactions, including commercial contracting, financing, acquisitions and dispositions.  In addition, Alisha provides general counsel support for business clients in connection with corporate governance, contract matters, and employment issues.

Alisha works closely with individual and corporate fiduciaries, often collaborating with business and tax advisors to assist with complex and sophisticated business structures. Alisha’s ability to offer sound legal advice and guidance, compounded with an understanding of the broader implications of any transaction, allows her to provide clients with an outlook that accounts for the real world and legal challenges facing today’s businesses.  Alisha helps her clients strategize and conceptualize the most beneficial structure for their transactions and then guides those clients through successful completion of their deals.

Additionally, Alisha practices in the Firm’s Estate Planning and Administration Group.  Alisha is committed to helping individuals and families plan their futures, preserve their belongings, and administer their loved ones’ estates through probate.

Alisha received her juris doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law, where she was a member of the Honors Program and graduated magna cum laude.
